Premier Marinas Ltd acquired Sovereign Harbour Marina Ltd on 6th July 2007.
Premier has been operating since 1988 and owns marinas in Brighton, Chichester, Falmouth, Gosport, Port Solent, Southsea and Swanwick.
Premier is delighted to be able to integrate the 866 berth marina at Eastbourne into the Premier Group.
Sovereign Harbour was opened in 1993, and is the largest composite marina in the UK, encompassing The Waterfront retail complex (including a selection of restaurants) and surrounding residential area. Set on the Sussex coastline Sovereign Harbour is formed around five separate harbours.
